I work with a small roster of competitors, aspiring competitors, and lifestyle clients who train at the same standard. The goal can vary. Stage condition, a stronger physique, sustainable leanness, real muscle gain. The standard doesn't change.
Programming is concept-first. Session intent drives movement selection. Fatigue is managed as a primary variable. Every exercise earns its place. Daily form check-ins, weekly photos, and weekly video communication. These check-ins are how I see what's actually happening, adjust the plan, and keep progress moving week to week.
I've been training since 15, personal training since 2016, and coaching online since 2025. Built on the J3 University framework. Currently coached by a J3U coach myself as I continue developing as an athlete and a coach.
